Step 3 of 4

Give AdMavo access to your Meta ad account

This is the last step before we launch. It takes about 3 minutes. You'll keep full ownership of your account — we only get the ability to run ads on your behalf.

First — do you already have a Meta Business Manager?

Meta Business Manager is the dashboard where your Facebook ad account lives. If you've ever run Facebook or Instagram ads for your business before, you probably already have one. If not, we'll help you create it first.

Create your Meta Business Manager first

This takes about 5 minutes. Once it's set up, follow the main steps below to give us access.

A

Go to business.facebook.com

Log into Facebook, then visit business.facebook.com and click "Create account". Enter your business name, your name, and your business email.

B

Add an ad account

In Business Manager, go to Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → Add → Create a new ad account. Give it your business name, set the timezone and currency to USD.

💡If you already have an ad account linked to your personal Facebook profile, you can add it here instead of creating a new one.
C

Add a payment method to your ad account

In Business Manager, go to Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → select your account → View payment settings. Add a credit or debit card. This is how you'll fund your ad spend (your $20–40/day budget goes here, paid directly to Meta).

Once those three steps are done, continue with Step 1 below to give us partner access.

Steps 6 & 7 complete — you're all set

You've given AdMavo access to your Ad Account (Step 6) and your Facebook Page (Step 7). That's everything we need.

Email us at with subject "Access granted — [Your company name]" and we'll confirm and launch your campaigns within 72 hours.

Common questions

What can AdMavo see or do with "Advertiser" access?

With Advertiser access on your Ad Account, we can create ads, run campaigns, and view ad performance. We cannot see your billing information, change your password, or remove other people from your account.

With Advertiser access on your Facebook Page, we can create and publish ads using your page. We cannot post or delete content on your page, change your page settings, or see your page messages. You remain the owner of both and can remove our access at any time.

What if I can't find "Partners" in my Business Manager?

Meta occasionally changes the layout. Try: Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → select your account → click "Add People" or look for a "Business access" option. If you're still stuck, email us at [email protected] with a screenshot and we'll walk you through it.

What if I get an error when entering the Business ID?

Make sure you're copying the ID exactly as it appears — no spaces before or after. If the error says "business not found," double-check the ID in your welcome email. Contact us if it still doesn't work.

Do I need to give you access to my personal Facebook profile?

No. Everything happens through your Business Manager — not your personal Facebook account. Your personal account is never shared or accessed.

What happens to my ad account if I stop working with AdMavo?

Nothing — your ad account stays 100% yours. You simply remove AdMavo from your Partners list in Business Manager settings, and all campaigns, history, and data remain in your account. We never hold your account or data.

What if I don't have a Facebook ad account at all?

No problem. Click the "No, I've never run Facebook ads" button at the top of this page and we'll walk you through creating a Business Manager and ad account first — it takes about 5 minutes.
