Terms of Service

1. The service
AdMavo ("we") provides a monthly advertising management service: we create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns on behalf of your HVAC business (heating, cooling, ventilation & related services), using your own Meta ad account.
2. Fees & billing
- The service is billed as a one-time payment per month — there is no automatic subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.
- Your first month is charged at signup (at the rate shown at checkout). After that, you choose each month whether to continue — you renew manually from your client portal.
- Advertising spend is separate, paid by you directly to Meta from your own ad account. You control and can change this budget at any time.
- We will never charge your card automatically. You are only billed when you actively choose to renew.
3. Non-renewal & refunds
- Your service period covers the month you paid for. If you choose not to renew, management simply stops at the end of that period — no action required on your part.
- Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, as work (strategy, creatives, setup, management) begins immediately upon payment.
- Choosing not to renew does not remove your access to your own ad account or campaigns — everything stays yours.
4. The 14-day lead guarantee
If your campaigns run continuously for 14 days at our recommended minimum ad spend ($20/day or more) and you receive zero leads (calls or form submissions) for any of your HVAC services, your next month of management is free. The guarantee requires that onboarding was completed and partner access was granted so campaigns could launch.
5. No earnings guarantee
Advertising results vary by market, season, budget, offer, and response speed. Except for the guarantee described above, we do not promise a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
6. Your responsibilities
- Maintain an active Meta ad account in good standing with a valid payment method.
- Grant and maintain partner access so we can manage campaigns.
- Answer incoming leads promptly — lead quality depends heavily on fast response.
- Ensure your business is properly licensed for the services advertised.
7. Exclusivity
We work with one HVAC company per service area, reserved for the duration of your active paid period.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Meta on your ad account.
